Empowerment is a very important concept in the business world. So what exactly are we trying to say, how should we do it?

Of course, everything starts with the right recruitment processes, hiring the right person in terms of their competencies and behaviors...
If you're sure you're hiring the right person (and why would you otherwise?), giving that person responsibility, authority to do the job, and agreeing to share your power as a leader is "Empowerment".
I can recommend leaders who say, "Things don't go well when I don't go into details," to ask themselves the following questions:
1. Are you sure we are hiring the right and competent people?
2. Could it be that you enjoy doing micromanagement to “feel important and valuable”?
3. Do you trust and respect the people you work with? For example, is it possible to work flexibly with your team and suitable jobs?
4. Did you fully describe the work that needs to be done, clearly define what is expected in the end, and set up a suitable environment for “open and fearless” information?
5. Are we sure whoever took the lead is rewarded?
6. Do we strive to continuously improve the people in the company to make them even stronger and more competent? Training, rotation, coaching, mentoring, involvement in different projects.
7. Can we manage our attitude towards mistakes? Can we handle this as part of the learning process?
Of course, empowerment is a competence that develops throughout the leadership journey, thanks to experience. However, I think it is very important to be able to walk without “strangling” people even at the very beginning of the path…
As I end my letter😃I end my words with a paragraph of Adam Grant, whom I follow very fondly… In the photo😊 @adamgrant #adamgrant
