1. Quick and effective decision-making: In today's world, leaders who can make agile, fast and effective decisions are considered as President. Of course, it is necessary not to make the wrong decision just to make a quick decision 😊😃 My father had a story "the fisherman who cut off the heads of the fish because I was picking fish fast" 😃without being like that... Then which ballots will we pay attention to when making decisions: a. Is it in line with our strategy b. What can be the best and worst as a result of this decision calculated, are we clear? If our answer to these is reasonable, okay… It is not possible for anyone to take perfect decisions at the moment, those who can make the most appropriate decision at the moment are ahead…

2. Leaders with a Presidential Mentality always share their power, work and responsibilities, and most importantly, control with their teammates correctly. Otherwise, it is not possible to grow in structures dependent on one person or to ensure the development of the people you work with.

3. Avoiding Shiny Object Syndrome. Not jumping into any idea or project that seems to be fashionable or bright for a moment, for a period of time. Therefore, never straying from the main path and the main focus. 4. Leaders in the mentality of the President put a lot of effort into the budget, forecasting, money flow, resource allocation and ensure that they are managed in the most accurate way possible. This is crucial to both the company's success and a sense of fairness.

5. Measure and optimize: Making sure that all the main issues that are important to the company are measurable, success is defined, tracked and always optimized.

6. Let's look at what we learned, how we repeat it or how we never repeat it, whether it's very good or bad. Not to pass the event with joy and sadness.

7. Finally, never let emotions rule the business. Always preferring to be patient and disciplined over insecure, suspicious and anxious.
