Knowhow 6

Today, I would like to share the rest of the trainings I attended on the themes of "high performance team" and "high performance leader"...

In the continuation of these trainings, I participated in the group sponsored by the company Mountain Wisdom / The Wisdom of the Mountains. I think it was one of the most valuable trainings I have attended… Thank you Rainer Boehm Dr. Ekkehard Kuppel ❤️❤️
In these sessions, we focused on how a leader manages himself and the people around him 😊 Because almost everyone and every company knows better what to do about managing the business...

In summary: a high-performing leader needs to be competent in three main areas. I thought of the leader as the CEO, general manager or board members directly reporting to the general manager, but these definitions are possible at any level.
The 3 strengths of the high-performance leader:

* Self-management,
* Managing the team,
* Managing the business

Managing yourself:
Introduce yourself. My values, my beliefs, my patterns…
To have completed your fight with yourself as much as possible😄 To show love and care to yourself.
Being aware of their emotions, being able to anticipate the impact of their emotions on the environment and, if necessary, manage accordingly.
Taking time and effort to maintain the fitness of body, soul and mind.

Managing the team:
Openness, clarity that can create a sense of trust and justice in the team, I care about you as much as myself, to be able to give the belief that this boat will go in the right direction when we are together.

Ability to set exciting vision and strategic priorities with the team.

To be able to assign and authorize people to the main tasks that need to be done in line with strategic priorities.

To create general loyalty to the company and satisfaction with the work done in the team. The saying "You can only buy people's time, you need to win their minds and hearts" comes to us again.

Managing the business:
Our leader:
Do you master the big picture? world, country, sector, where is our company going? What is going on, is my route correct because it is necessary to constantly adjust the route as agile.
He knows all the basic technical details of the job. Can he land and lead the problem areas, sometimes far, sometimes very close when necessary, with his helicopter flying style?
Does the system have or create the foresight and reflexes that can immediately recognize when there is a failing point?
Is it successful in the distribution and management of resources?

These are the main examples under the headings to describe what I am talking about, of course not a complete list...

In this article, I would like to draw your attention to the belief that "I'm doing great, my results this year are great, but the company doesn't see me as a good enough leader", I suggest you check your impact on yourself and the people around you. It is important for companies to take care of this trio of hair in their leaders for long-term success… as if 😄

Conclusion; If you were to evaluate yourself in these 3 areas, what would be the area where you need to improve the most and pay more attention?
