If I gave up...

I have said that many things have changed after I changed my place in the office to myself. If you ask what has changed; Although I continued in the same technical duty, sharing the same environment with 6 bright product managers around me has enriched me. Even so interesting that each of those 6 people has become the general manager / CEO in very important companies over the years. We pulled out fully with me. We still see each other. I will also talk about my general manager who selected these 7 people one by one. 3-4 months after I changed my place, I attended a training we named College-1 and met my husband there. A great asset for my life and career🙏🏻After a while, as you can guess, I switched to marketing and I gained so much crucial marketing knowledge that I could not learn if I went to the best university in the world... Finally, it was such a systematic company that we even had a 3-hour long training on how to write a business letter. 25 years later, I still use that format when I write a letter. Conclusion; If I gave up, I would have given up on so many things I would never get to see. Durability and not giving up is very important. But not only by waiting, but by showing the courage to make arrangements where you can find your stamina. Without fighting with the system, always staying positive.
