To all the hard-working mothers...

This week, since Mother's Day, I want to write about being a hard-working leader and mother.

When our son was born, I was working as the marketing director of our company, where I worked at that moment ... It was a busy and demanding job. Especially when Ege was 3 months old, I never wanted to go to a one-week session. When I explained the situation to my general manager at that moment, he said, “Let them come with the caregiver”. 😊 We even made it a company policy.

The first 2-3 years of being a mother I think is the most fragile period of women's careers because you feel a great fatigue and guilt ...

At this point:

1. Take care! Be sure to take time for yourself. Keeping your high energy is the first condition. If possible, spend money, buy time.

2. Ask for help! From your neighborhood and company. Especially the first 2 years of the baby is a very special period of life and everyone has to support you.

3. Don't miss the moments! The job is definitely coming back, but your child's ages are not coming back. I returned early from a very important meeting with our world president for my son's primary school 1st grade show, and I did very well. Remember, the person who embraces his values is always respected.

4. If we have brought a child to this world, we must ensure that he receives a lot of compassion and love and does not hesitate that it is the first importance for his mother ... At least that's my point of view. In this, I always felt that my child was the priority in my soul ... Sometimes I gave him more time and sometimes spent more time on my job, but my priority was always clear in terms of spirituality and communication. Although I am passionate about both (my child and work) ... In my experience, a child has a life of his own after he starts going to kindergarten and every year, work / child management becomes much easier. When my son was in elementary school, I asked him, "Would you like to have a mother who doesn't work and leave you to school every day? He said, “I absolutely love you being busy, enjoying your joy and doing important things.” Even at the age of 8, he was aware of the contributions of his mother’s realizing herself to her wellbeing. Result; While adding women to the workforce as well as top positions, we will all do our part. Important duties fall not only for the mother, but also for the environment and companies! Thus, our future will be even more beautiful ... With all my love to all mothers and children and everyone who supports them.
