I am at home like never before in my life and I want to share how I tried to spend this period in connection with the works ...
First of all, as a company, we are working even more intensively and efficiently than before we closed the office at March 16th. We did not have the slightest project that I can say that if we went to the offices, we would do different and better. In addition, not losing three hours in Istanbul traffic is a great gift for us.
Why are we going to be going back to offices if everything is so good? I think that right now we are making use the strong bonds and common understanding that people created face-to-face, that is a heritage in this period... Now, if we entirely move to home offices, we need to think about how to establish these human bonds, especially for new entrants... Also, each transition should be more gradual. For this reason, we will find a way to return to the offices and see our friends. However, it is certain that the purposes of office use and face-to-face meetings will be very different from now on.
In the other hand, if you ask me whether I had an energy drought in this 2-month period with a ZERO sociability - especially as a person who feeds on sociability- I missed my friends and friends, but it was fine ... Why?

I also know that in order for the life energy of someone to not decrease, she should always be engaged in activities that appeal to her soul, body and mind in a balanced way. Undoubtedly, this trio is fully interconnected, our life energy and therefore your job performance depend on the solid partnership of this trio. In this period to be an example: For my soul; I made many social responsibility projects with individuals and some groups, I made angels out of wool and sent it to my loved ones, sometimes I created and continued to produce, albeit a fig jam ... For my mind; Since the work is already ongoing, the mind becomes the hardest working employee in any case. I have also read a lot of books, especially listened to a lot of TEDX talks about the future of health and other topics of interest, I highly recommend it! For the body; If necessary, I tried to take an average of at least 7-8000 steps daily by taking a step where I was at home. As always, I cared about healthy eating. I never surprised my sleep pattern. I do not want to give the boring and correct student image😊. However, if the body is not strong, nothing is strong, so we are all obliged ... In this period and always with the hope that you take care of your soul-mind and body separately ... Take care of yourself, always stay with health and love.
