Trust is the most important element in the infrastructure of a relationship

This week, a topic of great importance all over life; I want to talk about trust and what I personally understand of it.

Trust is the most important element in the infrastructure of a relationship ... This relationship can be with your child, it can be with your employees and your manager in your company, it can be between countries and citizens, that is, at the basis of all kinds of relations, large and small. Many ensure that it is a peaceful relationship that flows much better, eliminates unnecessary controls. It makes people feel stronger and more resistant to life.

 

So, what does trust mean? It has two arms; to make sure that the belief in the righteousness, integrity and good morality of the other person and the other side will make a decision considering my goodness when it is necessary to make a decision.

 

The most important issue that provides trust is the sense of justice. The sense of justice has both material and moral dimensions:

 

1. Material justice: The balance between what the relationship gives and receives is at reasonable levels when compared with the outside.
