Of course, sometimes it is spontaneous, but less!
4. One-to-one meetings with people directly connected to you should be planned. Unless it is a very urgent issue, discussions should be piled into these conversations.
5. Leaders should have daily-monthly reports that they routinely follow. Instead of constantly asking for presentations, she should be able to follow the progress by looking at these summaries.
6. Leaders should definitely share their decision-making power and responsibility with their team. However, with her command of the job, he should be able to clearly follow the point she will be involved in when support is required.
7. Leaders should set an example for the whole company in terms of time management: not prolonging meetings, compliance with plans, etc.
