I was talking about time and energy management for business performance. In this article, let me talk about energy management. I am not an expert on these issues ... I will only share what I have routinely applied in my own life.
Body is in command of spirit and mind. You need to take good care of it!
1. First thing each morning is to drink 1 to 2 glasses of water. To complete at least 2 liters per day.
2. Sugar, flour, salt are almost nonexistent in my life. I have to do this for some health reasons, vegetables and fruits are the crown of my head.
3. Every day, min 5000 steps, 2 times a week for 25 minutes of strength training.
4. The transition to sleep at 11-12 pm at the latest and a minimum of 7 hours of sleep.
Spirit:
1. Diaphragmatic breathing: miracle for soul relaxation ... 3 times a day 5 minutes
2. I have very strong beliefs of myself. I will do my best to the fullest, after that, it is divine.
3. I never throw repress any issues that bother me, I speak to the people properly.
4. I try to approach people with love and compassion. Everyone has a little girl or boy hiding inside. Even the person at the top of the hierarchy ...
5. I see my job as one of the main opportunities for me to grow as a person .... Thanks to my job, I have the opportunity to gain very rich life experiences. I am always thankful.
6. I do not fall into monotony by spending time with my hobbies and loved ones.
Are these things that can be done right away by reading the list, I don't know? However, it helps me a lot.
