After all, as human beings, we cannot and will not always do the right things ...

As a final story about my third job, I want to share a subject that seems very funny to me.

Since the office was not enough after a while in our workplace, empty desks in the sections reserved for managers were given to assistant product managers. In front of my desk was a friend of mine who was working closely with me. The only problem was his desk was very, very messy. When I went to summer vacation for two weeks, I was able to endure seeing that very messy table for about 10 days, but on the 11th day I rushed to the table and threw away all unnecessary magazines and reports. I put in an editing box, placed it, and the table turned out to be sparkling. However, I regretted it very much after saying "What a strange move this is Güldem, it was a shame."

When Arda came on Monday morning, he said with a big laugh, "What is that, I was fired?" I told me how I did it with an instinctive impulse.

Without the trust and love for that great goodwill between us, Arda could have thought “Is this woman mobbing me?”, “Is she a control-freak?” and while the subject could go to a different point, it turned into a beautiful story that we have been joking about for 20 years ...

After all, as human beings, we cannot and will not always do the right things ... The important thing is to be able to create the sincerity, love bond and credits that bring that laughter in our relationships ...
