The dream of all my friends had come to me to "do your own business one day"!

One morning, I came to an important turning point in business life with a phone call from a relative. He was recommending that we become 2 partners of an Italian medical firm as representative of Turkey. 😳

He would be responsible for finance, import and support operations from Izmir. I would be in Istanbul managing all aspects of sales, marketing and after-sales... The dream of all my friends had come to me to "do your own business one day"!

After 3-4 months, I started my own business in February 2001! There was no one to say to me, "Come at this hour, go at this hour; do this, don't do this ..."
However, mortgaging the house we live in for loans, not getting a salary at the end of each month, moving from the luxurious plaza to a small room in our house, knowing that I am ONLY now when I work with huge teams were the first visible changes. In addition to being a boss, it would take a very little time for me to understand that I am everything of the company, such as marketing-sales-service manager, collector, assistant, driver. I had to design all of them and do all the actions ...
Every morning at 08.30 I got dressed and sat down at my desk and got started!
