2. You need to manage your relationship with your colleagues of your equal level very well ... There are people who feel the need to question you for a long time because you come from another sector. Do not be afraid to speak what you know, but express what we do not know open-heartedly.

3. How many sectors should change during human career? I think 2-3. I still benefit a lot from spending the first 10 years in completely different categories. However, even if the number of sectors exceeds three, I see that there is no opportunity to deepen in terms of career ...
