Does listening your inner voice work?

I can't explain how little I knew before I got into my first professional job… I knew a few things: I wanted to do sales, marketing, it would be good if it was quick and I would prefer a job close to home ...

When I found a job that meets all three conditions and I loved the people I met with, I immediately accepted the job offer. It was 2 weeks since school ended.

I understood later that with these criteria, I preferred a small but warm environment instead of a global one... However, in such environment, I took all the responsibility of marketing and sales of a product group that would never be given to me in a global company. A group that has never been sold in the last 10 years…

I will explain the details later, but at the age of 21-22, there are few places that I have not visited alone, from Soma Lignites to Tekfen Adana construction site. Not the company I worked for, but my responsibility was very shining.

This job, which I officially stepped into the business life, made me feel very successful, happy and good. Does listening your inner voice work then? So, there is a strange compass in you, do not break the bond between you and that compass. I never broke it. Don't worry about making every step of your career very planned and predictive. Do your job "very, very" well ... Let them never expect this job to be done this way. A great career will follow!
