What you call the world is really your mirror

My 2.5+ years of experience in Basel are some of the points that affect me;

1) My COO (World organization's number 2 person) often goes to work by bike, sits in the open area at the table in front of me, when we go to his house, his wife, who cooks all the meals herself, greets us with a tea towel in her hand❤️🙏🏻 How natural, how much down to earth, how real people millet to us.

2. People don't comment without your asking.
However, we all know every subject and make comments even if you don't ask about it 😀

3. A 3-day training we attended as a global team. It was an education that showed that people are not robots and that they can only perform well at work and in general by taking good care of their personal health (physical, spiritual, mental) and what it means to take good care with examples and practices. Maybe one day I will explain this in detail.

4. Finding the sweet spot between being multifunctional and being focused. I think it's a little too much at both ends, but happy for those who can find the middle. I developed myself to focus 👍🏻🙏🏻

5. What you call the world is really your mirror👍🏻If you are warm and friendly, no nation is cold or distant as it is labeled... For those who have the courage to take the first steps.

While Basel was going this way happily, some changes started to happen in the summer of 2016 and it affected me more than I expected… I will talk about them in the next article.
