Learning by Experience 54

In my last article, I talked about my decision to leave the company that I have worked for 16 years and loved so much for my own reasons and move to a new company. As of July 1, 2017, I started my new job.

My feelings and thoughts:
In the first week, I wanted to go home and bang my head on the wall😂 which took about 3 months.

First of all, as someone who hadn't even had a job interview for many years, I had misunderstandings on many issues such as the definition of the job, its place in the internal rating etc. things and I had learned since primary school “The employee wins, the diamond gets red”😃 I gave up.

Much more importantly, I had stepped out of my comfort zone and embarked on a job with serious challenges. In the second week, I thought if I should quit my job very seriously😃 but so many flowers came that I decided to work for at least 3 months in case I would be embarrassed to my relatives who sent flowers😃
Believe me, I'm not exaggerating, the first three months passed with these feelings. At the end of 3 months, with the help of my team of people I love, it slowly turned into black

So what did I learn in these first months?
When you experience such a significant change, even if you go to the best company and job in the world, I think you are unlikely to regret it… My advice to you is to immediately put aside the regrets that come to your mind for the first 6 months, don't even dwell on it, mind your business.

It is said that what you do in the first 100 days is important for the company, for success, but I think it is also very important for your own motivation 😊
So be very quick about what you want to do, both for yourself and for the company. If we hadn't changed the picture I saw in that first moment so quickly, life would have been much different. In order to be fast, do not skip the "best-decision decision" principle. Especially in today's world... If you say, "Let me examine a little more, observe, and make a few more scenarios", you are not likely to be successful, especially in environments where you need to make a rapid change.

Finally, in this first period, I considered it a great advantage as the most important motivation for me: getting to know a brand new company, its products, and most importantly, countless brand new people. That's a huge advantage that you can't really have when you're standing still.
Now it's almost five years, and when I look back, I can say with all sincerity that I'm glad I passed 🙏🏻 It's been very nice in terms of both my business life, my private life and the value I added to the world 🍀

I will share in a few articles what I have learned as a leader in these five years.
