Keeping an equal distance to everyone

In my first job, we were a company of 10-15 people. Therefore, everyone from our collecting friend to the service director was aware of everyone's business. It was easy to see what kind of belonging and speed being small brings along. However, even in such an environment, it was necessary to maintain professionalism and elbow distance. I learned a lot about this from my manager who owns the company. It was possible to be close to people, very sincere, but at a very sweet distance.

Especially after being a manager, I experienced that keeping an equal distance to everyone is very effective in the sense of trust and justice. If you're closer to someone in the company, you're definitely farther than other people ... At least that's the perception. In my view, a different relationship management is required at work than at school, and elbow distance is important.
